Twinkling Star of a Dragon's Eye
a.k.a. Dragon Star

Brief Concept: Siderial, Chosen of Endings, martial artist, focused on the Immaculate Order, and on using Martial Arts to enlighten himself, and to enlighten the Dragon Blooded as defenders of creation.
Background: Dragon Star was born as Takara, a dynast of the Mnemon Caras household. Due to his parents wishes (and his status as a yonger son) he was on a track from birth which lead him into the Immaculate Order. He began Immaculate training as an adolescent, and his family expected him to continue it at the Cloister of Wisdom after his exaltation. The Siderials, meanwhile, watched him and guided his learning until whisking him away at the point where he was due to be exalted by Saturn rather than the Dragons.
Disappearing from the sight of his Family, Dragon Star received his training in Yu Shan as do all Siderials. However, he also received special tutelage from BlossomingLotus, of the Bureau of Heaven, God of enlightenment reached via martial arts. Under BlossomingLotus's tutelage, Dragon Star continued his previous training by beginning the study of Immaculate Martial Arts, starting with Wood Dragon Style. He also learned the true history and value of the philosophy in which he was trained from birth, designed both to allow the Dragon Blooded to rule Creation, and to enable their initiation into the secrets of Celestial Martial Arts.
When he was ready, Dragon Star began once again to visit the Blessed Isle, either with his Siderial tutors or eventually on his own. He has been introduced to the art of Siderial manipulation via various identities in the Immaculate Order. He also retains some semblance of his birth identity and contact with his family, who believe he was simply absent due to his Immaculate training. The family doesn't speak of him much, however, or rely on him in their political meneuverings. When they think about it, they believe this is due to the unexpected embarassment of a Wood Aspect exalting in an Earth Aspected House. Mostly, though, they simply don't think about him when he's not present.
Motiviation: Use Martial Arts to enlighten and empower the Dragon Blooded as defenders of Creation, who can break the influence of outside supernatural forces.
Steps: (not necessarily in order)
Personal: Master as many Immaculate Styles as possible. (All eventually.)
Personal: Master the control of Essence via Siderial Martial Arts. (Probably beginning with Prismatic Arrangement of Creation Style.)
Personal: Develop a Siderial Immactulate Martial Arts Style which unifies the 5 Elements and allows initiation of Dragon Blooded into Siderial Martial Arts. (Mechanics TBD.)
Political: Increase the prevalence of Immaculate training in general, and Immaculate Martial Arts in specific among the Dragon Blooded. (Ideally, make it an expected rite of passage for all Dragon Blooded.)
Political: Begin the teaching of Siderial Martial Arts to selected Dragon Blooded via the Immactulate Order.
Political: Use the Immaculate Order and Martial Arts to craft the Dragon Blooded into a viable force to defend creation against all threats, and control all supernatural influences.
Political: Turn the tables on the Gods so that the Exalted (Dragon Blooded and their Siderial masters) truly control Creation and the Gods only serve the purposes which the Exalted alot for them, per the Immaculate Philosopy. (Dragon Star hasn't yet conceptualized this final part of the plan yet, but will likely do so in time as he follows his Maiden's nature and seeks an Ending.)
Open Issues: Does the elimination of all supernatural influences eventually include the Siderials? What about the Incarna?
