The Bound Servitor inside ThePlaceWhereThereIsNoLight. A clockwork golem built and programmed specifically for this manse that acts as both guard and valet to its owner. It looks like a crocodile with large but contractible bat wings.

I'm modelling the golem's metallic body as a lamellar (p. 375 of the main Exalted sourcebook), but ignoring the mobility penalty because, well, it's its body. (Alternatively, it's already factored into its dexterity.) The fatigue penalty does make sense; but since it has a Stamina + Resistance of 7, it probably won't be much of a problem in practice. I'm also giving it one bonus -0 level health level to reflect the fact that it doesn't have the vulnerabilities of an organic creature.
The golem always carries a scythe:

Although the golem doesn't ordinarily carry it around, it also possesses a long bow:

The manse's armory contains broadhead arrows (Str + 2L = 6L damage) and frog crotch arrows (Str + 4L = 8L damage, but the target's armor's effective soak is doubled). All of these weapons are standard and have no bonuses attached.

Miscellanea
It's a golem; it neither eats nor sleeps. (That's what Stamina 4 is supposed to represent.) It can't wear any armor. Since it spends a lot of time fetching things for Nameless Crow, it's learned how to navigate the main hall of the manse well enough to have an effective double Move there.
tmack: This character is based off the template for regular troops and rebels [RegularTroopsTemplate] in the main Exalted sourcebook. I've tweaked some the numbers to try to reach what I had in mind, but I have no idea what kind of stats something like this should have or how to balance it. Please sanity-check it.
