A ship went missing. It was carrying money—remittances from Marita to Great Forks, 700 miles down the Yellow River. The consequences of that flow of money were already planned into Fate and already executed. The economic fallout has already entangled all Creation. Fix it: find the source money and ensure it arrives in time to meet up with the various retrofitted Fates of other economies. While you're at it, figure out who threw it off course and ensure they don't do that any more.

The Golden Barque of the Heavens will be honored by the completion of this mission. Tokens of esteem will be presented to those responsible, including a Moderate favor from His Majesty Verethine, Monarch of the Vodonik Court near Bluehaven (ROGD 108), one decade's repair services on any transit-related Artifact, a simultaneous crying of news in all the cities of Creation, or a countersignature from Ruvia for one Astrological effect within the purview of Journeys.
The Cerulean Lute of Harmony will honor those who remove the acausal influence on the Yellow River with the title "Splendid," and with gifts, including a Starmetal Fivefold Harmonic Adapter (WotLA 57), a small Favor, intervention to suppress tumultuous weather for one month in one place, or casting of the spell Elemental Empowerment.
The Convention on the East will honor those who simplify its life with the right to attune to the Cermalian Hills, an uncapped Demesne 4 in the Marukan Rangelands.
tmack: What sorts of things count as small or moderate favors (or is there an objective mechanic for classifying favors)?
atwyman: All three of these are "pick one from the list" right? Do we need to name an individual for each of these, or can they be granted to our Circle? Assuming we earned all three, here are my thoughts:
Journeys: I think the crying of news could be really useful in the right circumstances, as a clever solution to a mission or some other problem, so that's my preference. I don't know how powerful Verethine is, but a Moderate favor from him might be the next most useful, for a mission in teh West. The counter-signature from Ruvia isn't as useful as Brian thought (since the effects of a counter-signature don't scale with rank). The repair services may be useful, but can be replaced by Resources.
Serenity: The harmonic adapter could be very useful to an individual eventually. Dragon Star would probably love to have a Jade weapon which wouldn't blow his cover as a Dragon Blood for instance. But arguably that's his problem, not the party's. Where is Elemental Empowerment defined?
East: If the rights are transferrable, we should probably save those attunement rights for use later if we can. Being attuned to Demesne isn't useful unless you're there, so they could be useful if we're ever in the area, or otherwise more useful as a bargaining chip to sell to someone else.
tmack: I asked Brian about this, and he said that the rewards are separate (i.e., take one from every benefactor) and per person (i.e., not for the entire party to share).
AT: Is that really "per person" nost just "personal"? I.e. do each of us get one from each list rather than having to name someone? That's pretty spiffy. Encourages large Circles.
tmack: I think this might be a mechanic just for the PCs. (I would assume that NPC Sidereals don't get XP either.) Yes, it is per person.
